Booking & Payment Terms
To reserve your spot on the tour, a 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.

You may cancel within 15 days of your deposit payment to receive a full refund.

After 15 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour departure.
Please note:
Once the trip is paid in full, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you’re unsure or have concerns about possible changes to your plans, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
What’s Included in the Trip Price

Eight nights of accommodations
Charming, carefully selected hotels—private rooms for each guest (except couples).

All planned excursions and hands-on experiences
This includes historical tours, artisanal visits, wine and olive oil tastings, and cooking classes.

Meals
Daily breakfast at the accommodations, plus curated lunches and dinners featuring regional specialties and local wines (with the exception of 2 lunches and 2 dinners, where you’ll have free time to explore on your own).

Professional Tour Guides
Experienced, certified, and passionate about sharing Sicily’s rich history and culture.

Private Transportation
Comfortable group transport throughout the entire tour itinerary.

Airport Transfers
Included on designated arrival and departure days/times from Palermo (PMO).
Not Included

Airfare to and from Sicily
You are responsible for arranging your own flights. We can offer suggestions upon request.

Personal Expenses
Shopping, snacks, additional drinks, minibar charges, laundry, and other incidental costs during free time.

Travel Insurance
While not required, travel insurance is highly recommended, and can be purchased through providers such as Wanderwell or your preferred agent.
